The member of staff was freindly and very helpful and had knowledge of the product we were interested in.

The store assistant was fantastic (Matthew) made us a cup of tea straight away and made us feel comfortable, he took time to think about my partners back problem and gave great advice on not only what matters we should go for but on how to pick it. His overall knowledge was again very impressive. I will now always recommend Dreams Rugby.

Emma approached us in a relaxed manner and engaged in conversation to find out if she could help at all. She had a lovely manner - not pushy, but genuinely wanting to be of assistance. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took time to assess our needs and ensure we were shown the full range of options. She didn’t hurry us, gave us plenty of information and ensured we were completely happy with the products and order before processing it.

We have been researching different mattresses for some time now and were extremely pleased with the way Emma listened to us and then showed us the products she thought fitted our brief. Her explanations of the content and quality of each mattress were very clear and in no way did she try to persuade us to buy a particuler mattress - the final decision was ours. She was then most helpful in explaining the different options open to us in terms of payment, your 8 year guarantee and the delivery service. I took in a reluctant husband but by the time we had made our purchase he too was very happy!
