Dreams - Rugby

The assistant, Emma, was very attentive, helpful, friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have wished for better service. The items we purchased were exactly what we wanted and we weren't pressured into apbuying anything we didn't want, which is something we've experienced elsewhere (not Dreams). My Mum, who is quite frail, came with us and was given a chair and a coffee and biscuit to keep her going. Emma was superb.

Staff very professional and knowledgeable

From the moment we entered the store, the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The store was set out well and it was easy to see the different types of mattresses by the colour coding. We were recommended to use pillows and get the full experience of the mattresses when we were testing them.

I visited Dreams after visiting Bensons on an unexpected snow day from work. Bensons were unable to give a suitable delivery date. As soon as I walked into Dreams I felt very welcome and made to feel at ease by Emma & Greg. I have suffered with anxiety but they both made me feel welcome and like I had known them for a long time, whilst still remaining professional. Greg even offered to try the beds out with me as my husband was unable to join me due to been busy at work-talk about going above and beyond, his friendly smiling face (and rather good looking) made me smile and brightened up what has been an horrendous week. The friendliness and knowledge of staff made me keen to complete the sale today as I didnt want to take a chance of going back and missing the chance of trying out the products with the very helpful and smiling Greg. All in all it was a very enjoyable visit and not only did I make my purchase but I left smiling and laughing, even after spending nearly £1200. Thank you Greg and Emma
