The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, there was a 50% sale on and when I went back to purchase the item after shopping around I was offered a cup of coffee while waiting for a staff member, very nice touch..

Emma was extremely helpful and although i was unable to view the bed I originally went in to see she was very eager to assist, calling other stores etc. I have ended up with a different bed and so far very happy!

We had an idea of what we wanted and Matt the Sales guy gave us his advice but no pressure . We spent over an hour in choosing a frame and Matt was always on hand to answer questions. Once the frame decided we knew which mattress as we had been before to the store. Although it was late order, 7:30ish on a Friday night Matt was brilliant and very professional.

The lady looking after us was very attentive but didn't over crowd us. She let us browse and then asked what we liked and what we didn't like and gave us advice. She gave us a quote on the beds we liked, we left the store to talk about our choices and she didn't try to keep is in the store which is what i thought she might do but she didn't. In my eyes this is good. We want back and bought our bed. The only criticism is the fact the live diary changed the date that we hoped to get the bed delivered.

The store manager was very knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to our requirements. He gave us the confidence he was advising to our best interests.

Helpful friendly staff. It was a very cold snowy day and it was good to be offered a cup of tea. (I declined as I don't like strong milky tea!) We had plenty of opportunity to try the type of mattress that we were looking for. We are impressed by the 'try for 30 days' offer -very helpful. Considering the cost of a mattress, if you buy 1, then don't like it, it is a very expensive mistake.

Greg was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave my children colouring pages to do whilst I spoke to him and he listened and understood what I was looking for. Very good product knowledge and found me the perfect mattress for my needs
