Emma spent as much time as we needed to advise us. Tea and biscuits were very welcome.

Assistance was received when required but not forced upon us, they listened to our needs and requirements and found us the perfect bed.

The staff were helpful and competent. The store displayed the items I was looking for.

We went back and forth trying out 3 different beds several times and and no time did the staff seem anything other than friendly and very helpful. They even made us a cup of coffee and provided us with pillows to help us find the most suitable mattress for us. Michelle explained everything very clearly and pointed out the differences between the mattresses clearly. We would not hesitate to recommend the Rugby store as we were very impressed with the store, the staff and of course the variety, quality and prices of the mattresses. We eventually purchased the Kendall with an 8 year guarantee, and are having our old mattress collected. Overall a very satisfactory visit to the store.

We went into store wanting to buy a new bed, as we entered we were immediately greatest with a warm hello and a friendly smile from a lovely blonde lady and shortly offered a tea or coffee by a young chap with a stripey shirt. We had a bit of banter with the guys about it being given news years day and not a hangover on siget. We were shown where to choose out frames and given excellent advice on mattresses as we have a small staircase we needed something with a bit of flex to get upstairs. The process of ordering, delivery date and assembly was super quick, the finance agreement came back super quick and the whole time Matt was friendly smiley and without all the hard sell but loads of knowledge and personal experience. Every detail was explained and confirmed without sounding like a robot-a real skill. We genuinely felt looked after and really pleased with ourgent experience in store, and I have already recommended it to some of my colleagues. Thank you

All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, Michelle helped us to select the mattress that was right for us and answered all of our questions during our 2 visits to the store.

Greg was very helpful we had been in before xmas but didn't have the money then. So we came back after xmas to buy some pillows (tempur). After looking again we decided to buy the tempur bed as well. Greg was great he even got us coffee while we were deciding
