We believe we are buying a mattress which will satisfy our needs.

Wanted a product because of interrupted sleep .. I was not really knowing what was best, was given good advice on the problems I shared with Michelle.. and recommendations to what was needed was excellent thank you

Great knowledge and understanding

Kind, friendly lady upon arrival. Helped with my needs, asked me to try out the beds I was interested in. Once selected after been given details of the mattress and the fact I could return for an exchange after 30 days if I needed, was offered a coffee. Sat comfortably whilst all details were completed drinking coffee, what an excellent service. Thank you

My wife and I have been looking for a bed for over 6 months, we had visited the Rugby branch before and other bed outlets but really struggled to find exactly what we were looking for. We only popped in on the off chance encouraged by the sale logos on the window display. We were greeted by someone and offered assistance as and when we needed it, perfect! We spotted a bedframe which has been top of our list for a long time and asked Greg for some assistance, just to confirm sizes and build quality. Greg was very knowledgeable and advised us to have the extra slats ad all the reasons why we should. He then asked us about a mattress and ask a series of questions to narrow down the type we would need, again with a great deal of empathy and understanding, we never felt rushed or more importantly pushed in to buying. We ended up spending twice as much as we had anticipated on the mattress but really feel we have chosen well and may well of opted for a cheaper one, price lead, if Greg hadn't of been so helpful. Greg is a patient, knowledgeable and extremely personable. I would highly recommend him to anyone who mentions beds!
