From the moment we walked in we were made very welcome. Even offered a drink! Staff were very informative and friendly. Would not hesitate to reccomend.

The staff were extremely helpful, but not pushy. They allowed plenty of time for trying the various options available. I was very impressed with their knowledge of how the beds were made which, helped me make my choice.

Our assistant was highly attentive to our needs and her product knowledge helped us make some difficult choices

Greeted by Matt and Michelle at the store who listened to our requirements and took time going through the options with us. Very patient and understanding.

We were approached fairly quickly, then given time to make our own appraisal without being hovered over, then dealt with promptly once we wanted to go further with our decision.

Having visited Dreams main competitor just before we went to Dreams, the experience at Dreams far exceeded that of the other store. The salesman was knowledgeable, very attentive to detail, took time to understand what we were looking for and with no hard sell, it was a very pleasant shopping experience. The knowledge and expertise demonstrated by the salesman really evidenced his belief and commitment to the products he was selling.

Emma at Dreams Rugby was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She put no pressure on us to buy a particular product. We had compared Dreams products and prices with other sellers and found them to be very competitive. Once we decided to buy from Dreams, Emma put the order through very quickly and it was delivered on the day specified with no problem. We had bought a bed from Dreams previously and on that occasion were very happy with the service and product. Our experience on this occasion was equally good.
