Your kind member of staff Emma guided me through all of the options and let me test all alternatives explaning the pro's and con's. She answered all of my questions and let me have time to try different options on my own so I could come to an informed decission. I was very pleased with my visit and would recommend you to anyone.

Over two visit, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Provided a good range of options and were happy to show us different products. Order was placed easily and delivery time was very satisfactory.

We were highly satisfied as we were shown products in our price range but then shown more expensive ones but it was with ease and no pressure. They explained the differences etc so that we could make our own decision and left us alone while we were making a decision between two beds we liked. I liked the fact that we were given a comfortable pillow to get a better experience too. Very professional and talkative staff. The sale was completed with great satisfaction, our only slight disappointment is that we can't get an earlier delivery but that was explained to us too.

Emma & Matt were very knowledgeable about the product and gave us every assistance we needed. They did not pressurise us and left us to try out the mattresses but were available when we needed them. They were also very friendly.

Emma in the store was highly knowledgable regarding the Tempur products, my Dads needs and was far from pushy in terms of trying to get a sale. She explained everythibg fully, was very clear and consistant with her information making it easy to go ahead and make our order. Fantastic customer service!

Gregory was very understanding of our needs to buy a matress for ourselves and my father in law. He was happy to go with our budget and showed us the products that fitted with our requirements. Attentive throughout and professional. Nice to find someone who enjoys their job !

I can't fault Dreams, everything has been dealt with, with such enthusiasm and friendliness even down to the drivers who delivered the mattress and customer service, we did have a small problem as the mattress had to go back because it didn't fit in the house, the drivers recommended a different mattress, by the time they got to the end of the road customer service rang us and we have now ordered an different mattress that will fit into the house but is of the same if not better quality. Well done Dreams - marvellous service :-) x

I am registered blind and needed specific assistance that was superbly given by Emma. The store was easily accessible and I was greeted warmly and offered a cup of coffee while we discussed my needs/wants. I was given all the time I needed to ask questions that were patiently answered. Also, I was allowed to try the various mattresses that might suit my requirements and then went back to try them again until I found my "Goldilocks" bed. I am delighted that it is a British made high quality bed and although there is a wait, I am holding on to the maxim that "all good things are worth waiting for". I am really looking forward to my bed arriving and shall start counting the "sleeps" until it arrives. Thank you Emma and Dreams
