the sales person pointed out many options and combinations for which fitted our budget.

We were very satisfied with the way the lady assistant looked after us, as she explained all about the different types of mattress in the store. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Good range of products, store manager very informative but not intrusive, knew when to leave us to look on our own

The assistant didn't try to sell me the trendy color grey and under stood my abhorence of the color

I was impressed by the knowledge and availability of the different products there. The lady who helped us Michelle was very helpful and understood what we were looking for. She was very accommodating and helped me get everything i needed in an efficient manner and I was very impressed by the quality of the products on hand.

Spent a lot of time listening to our needs and made suggestions based on what we said we wanted. She also explained the various options clearly and with authority. Basically, friendly, knowledgable staff was what resulted in my choice of rating.

Emma was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was attentive but also gave us time to browse. The gentleman working with her was lovely too and although we were dealing with Emma he was pleasant and chatty with us. We had been to Benson’s earlier in the day and not bought from them purely because we didn’t like the manner of the sales assistant. The 2 at dreams are a credit to you.

We went in to the store looking for a mattress that suited both my Husband and my own needs as I suffer with Arthritis in all my joints and spine and my Husband suffers from A/S the assistant in the shop was really very helpful he got us both the firmness of pillows that we use at home and let us try out several beds I prefer a firm mattress and my husband a medium the assistant went through everything with us and we ended up getting a memory foam mattress medium/firm that we both found very comfy its just a pity it was not in the half price sale so we ended up with what i think was the only mattress that was in the store that was full price, but we were both very happy with our purchase
