Dreams - Rugby

We explained the bed size we wanted, the space size we have and that we wanted under bed storage too.We were shown the bed that fitted that description, then went on the mattress suitor and tested several mattresses and found one that suited us both, so we made our purchase.

We had just come from a competitors store around the corner and the sales assistant there was just focused on selling any product, his sales attitude was terrible so we paid Dreams a visit instead.... Greg at the Rugby store was amazing, he took the time to discuss our needs and what we were looking for. He took us over to the sleep analysing technology and went through all of the recommended options for us based on the results. Greg was very patient, friendly and great with our young kids. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We were given a very personal service at the Rugby store (Junction One Retail Park) by the assistant, Emma. She was very knowledgeable about all the products and took the time to identify our needs and did her best to match these. We did not feel at all hurried and we were given plenty of time to make our decisions.

Two members of your staff were very helpful and even though the mattress they recommended wasn't available for me to try on a bed frame I was shown the same mattress albeit a larger size which was in stock. Their knowledge and professionalism was excellent. Mattress good and I hope it will stay that way for some time to come :)

WE WERE HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR STAFF AT RUGBY ESPECIALLY EMMA WHO TOOK US THROUGH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO KNOW. SHE WAS SO SO GOOD AS I AM DISABLED AND HER COLLEAGUE WHILE EMMA WAS TALKING TO MY DAUGHTER GAVE ME A SEAT AND A CUP OF COFFEE. INDEED THEY MADE A COFFEE FOR ALL OF US. BOTH EMMA AND HER COLLEAGUE DESERVE CREDIT FOR THE WAY IN WHICH THEY CONDUCTED THE SALE. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED.

Michelle, who assisted us during our visit to your Rugby store, could not have been more pleasant, helpful or considerate of my mother's age and difficulties in moving around (on this occasion mum was in her wheelchair). She was very apologetic about the amount of time we had had to wait to be attended to (the store was very busy when we arrived), but gave us her full attention throughout. She was very attentive to ensuring that the mattresses she suggested would be suitable for mum (some would have made the bed too high for her). All in all she made what I expected to be a stressful visit (mum tires easily) into a pleasant shopping experience, and mum was very happy - especially with the cup of tea! Thanks Michelle (and her colleague who was equally friendly to us once her own customers had left).

This was the very first time that we were buying a mattress. We found Emma a very experienced and supportive person who guided us during this whole process. From the beginning she thought about what we were looking for and what was best for us. She offered us to try the system that they have in the shop to find out what bed was best for us. She was attentive and helpful and also offered drinks all the time so it was really good! Emma also explained all the options that we had when looking into buying a new mattress. After a long process of looking and trying different mattresses we ended up finding the perfect mattress for us. We know that without Emma this wouldn’t have been possible so we are really grateful that her and the Dreams staff help us through this process. And from now on we will always relay and recommend Dreams when looking for a new mattress.
