Angelica assisted us, on our visit to your Basingstoke store. We didn't feel,pushed into pupurchasing, she was very knowledgable.

I was very pleased with my visit. Initially I did not go to the store to actually purchase a new mattress only to enquire as I did not know what I was really looking for. However, I was so pleased with the help and advice Angelika in the Basingstoke store gave me that I decided to buy there and then. Angelika is a very lovely, professional person with a mountain of knowledge; she really put me at ease during my visit. Her two managers, ?? and Simon were also every helpful with the availability problem we encountered regarding one of the items I was purchasing. It was all resolved really well and I was able to proceed with my purchase. Although I wasn't 100% sure of the size of my bed, I was reassured that I could call back and amend my order if necessary. When I called back the following day to order a larger mattress, Angelika and her manager were extremely helpful again. Instead of keeping me on the phone, they sorted the new order and called me back to confirm the new information and the new price, which I was happy to pay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I will be going back in the future when I need new a new bed. Well done everyone and a big thank you!

The sales person's name was Carl. He was very helpful in explaining the details of construction of the matresses on offer and provided all the information we needed to help us to make a decision regarding which matress to buy. He was friendly and listened carefully to our needs. We did not feel we were being pressurised to make a decision.

We have shopped here before and were very happy with the salespersons product knowledge.

Angelika at the Basingstoke branch was very help and made the transaction very pleasurable. Also she stayed on out of hours to complete the sale. my last visit to dreams was about 9 years ago. A lot has changed, they now have a knowledge of beds and a understanding of possible mattress damage caused by access from front door to bedroom.

I was greeted immediately as I walked through the door. I was asked if I require help or assistance choosing an item. They were helpful in getting me what I needed and when I needed it. They we're friendly and polite the throughout my whole visit

The assistant was very helpful in helping me with my decision listening to me when I was explaining my needs not rushing me into making a quick decision Very kindly measured the height of the mattress for me I was very happy with the help I received

Excellent customer service and a great product.

We had a quick nose around before we were approached by Rylan. We knew what we were looking for but wanted a better opinion which we were given. We were given pros and cons on each bed and advise on upgrading our double bed to a tv king size. The atmosphere of the store was just great and Rylan was very easy to talk to and generally lovely guy

Leah was a very helpful cheerful girl, who help me decide on the product with no heavy sale. A delight
