Dreams - Basingstoke

When we arrived at the store we were met by Leah who offered hand sanitiser, masks and gloves. When we told her that we were looking for a new bed she invited us to try the Sleep Match system and explained how it worked. Once we had completed the Sleep Match she requested that we selected the appropriate pillow relating to what position we slept in. These she placed in disposable cases and then proceeded to show us the beds that the Sleep Match had suggested. As we went to each different bed (5 or 6 in total) she ensured that we, and the mattresses were protected before we tried them. Once we had selected the mattresses she took us through the different divan options and introduced us to the 2 + 2 which we thought was a brilliant idea. From there she left us to browse the headboards. Once we had made our decisions she took us to a desk to place the order and offered us bottled water explaining that she could not offer tea or coffee. The order was placed very easily as was the delivery date. She told us that the delay in the delivery was because the mattresses are hand made.
