The assistant Carl listened to our requirements and then showed us products that were suitable for our needs. He gave us 100% of his attention and was very patient friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the Basingstoke store to anyone.

Great customer service and knowledge from the manager. Attentive and helpful. The product is the product and it met my expectations as to what a mattress should be and do, but customer service is something I always judge a business on before I decide to spend my money. Very please with the customer service experience. Good knowledge, friendly, helpful and paid attention to what I wanted, rather than trying to sell me everything.
