We were looking to buy a new mattress and the assistant welcomed us and very simply showed us the range, explaining the make-up of each mattress. She then left us to peruse, and try out the ones we were interested in and did not try to influence us. She was very helpful and friendly in a professional way.

We were treated really well in store, the sales guy, Carl, knew exactly how much time to give us so that we were happy getting questions answered and not being overcrowded. He did not try and up-sell us, focusing on finding the right bed for us.
