Sammy was brilliant! Her product knowledge was second to none. She was super friendly, knew what she was talking about and made the whole customer service experience much better! She even helped keep our daugher entertained which meant that we were able to concentrate on our decision making. Sammy even made us a cup of tea (which was lovely!). Highly recommend her to anyone

We were approached as we entered the store, with a welcoming greeting, an offer of a drink and of help if we needed it. We wanted some advice about the ranges available to us and the range and prices were explained very clearly and politely by the Store Manager, who was assisting us. We were assisted throughout our visit, but not in an overbearing, pressurised way; more offering assistance depending on the comments that we made, which made us feel that we were in control of our purchase and that we were being listened to throughout. We were very impressed by the range available to us, which seemed to cater for many different budgets and the consideration that was given in allowing us to make our decisions within our own timeframe. When we had made our decision we were taken to complete the paperwork, this was again explained in detail and we were asked whether we wanted to buy additional items at this time. We didn't feel that we were being put any pressure to buy and did in fact make use of the deals that were available. Overall we were pleasantly surprised with the complete service. It was very efficient and we would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family.

The Lady that assisted us was very knowledgeable. She gave us time on our own to discussed what we wanted to do. Was very professional and polite and gave us all the relevant information on the after care of the product we purchased

The salesman, Simon, was a credit to your company. He wasn't pushy or aggressive, he just listened to what I wanted and steered me through the various options. His manner was professional, and he even upsold me some pillows while we were sorting out the paperwork. I spent most of my career in high value sales to the emergency services, worldwide, and I've seen it all, so I'm pleased to be able to recommend him with the benefit of a wealth of experience.

The sales advisor, Carl, was very helpful and clearly explained everything we needed to know about our purchase. He gave us time to decide on what we wanted, not what he wanted to sell us. He was cheerful and enthusiastic throughout the process, a real pleasure to do business with. The final process of ordering and agreeing delivery was simple and very professional. Great job guys.

This was our first visit to Dreams which we'd seen advertised on TV. Car parking was easy and safe. We were greeted as we entered the store by 3 staff, all offering to help. We spoke with Samantha who listened to our requirements and gave us more details of the items we had viewed on Dreams website. She explained fully how items performed and set up beds and mattresses for us to try. We completed a down-payment and an interest-free agreement and learned about how all this would work for us, how and when delivery would be made and what was needed to remove our old items hygienically. It couldn't have been simpler for us and we were very pleased. Samantha was a delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
