Dreams - Basingstoke

We were given a warm welcome when we entered the store. We had a look around and Carl came over to us. From asking us the appropriate questions, he was able to determine exactly what we wanted. He directed us to the divan beds and went through all the different options of bases, mattresses and head boards. He gave us time on our own to try the beds and discuss things with each other. He wasn’t over pushy with the sales. Carl was very friendly and approachable. It was obvious he knew what he was talking about and he gave us the confidence in knowing we had picked the right choice and even if we hadn’t, he explained how we would go about this. We are extremely happy with the overall service. Big thank you to Carl.

Rylan was awesome! Very friendly, good knowledge of the products we wanted and he even made us tea! The store had lots of good bed to try out to see which one was just right for our needs. We would highly recommend this store to anyone that needs a new bed or any bed related products.

Excellent support from advisor in store. She took the time to joke with my 7 year old, gave me the space I needed but helped and answered any question I had.

Carl who served us was very knowledgeable and pointed out the suitable mattresses and returned when we were ready. Carl pointed out the colour coding of the firmness of the mattresses which we thought was an excellent way to save time browsing. Carl also provided us with a drink which was most welcome

Angelika the assistant who served us was extremely helpful,very informative and attentive to our needs.We have purchased mattresses from dreams in the past and have always been happy with the service.

The Staff (Simon) was very professional. We had visited the store next door and hadn't been impressed, it was a massive difference in customer service and we were impressed with everyone that worked at the store...the kids even got a lolly each!!! It's the little things that make a difference

The store was very well organised and products were easy to view and try. Staff were extremely polite and knowledgeable. A very enjoyable experience.
