The assistant was very helpful and did not hassle us. We told him what we were looking for and then he left us to decide then we called him again and he took out order. Very friendly and helpful. You should employ more people like Rylan

Carl was very knowledgable, friendly and listen to our requirments - but not all pushy with the sales. We viewed the bed on Monday thought about it and I went back in to store today (Wednesday) to order our new bed with Carl. We were offered Tea/Coffee and even pillows to try on the bed - they wer so good I ended up buying a £95 pillow too which I am extremely happy with. Thank you Carl for making buying a bed very easy. I hope the delivery does as well on Monday 30th.

Friendly, informative and non pushy staff. Layout of store and products explained before being left to make selections. All followed by efficient and pleasant purchase of goods.

we returned to Dreams to purchase our new bed, because we know the service and product range is second to none. The sales advisor was very helpful indeed and his advice was extremely helpful. there was as in the past no pressure from him, we were given plenty of time to reach our decision. The offer of tea or coffee was a very personal touch.

Sammy recognised my husband from the day before and knew what we were after. After a while we changed our minds on the bed we wanted and she ensured we knew exactly what we were getting. She was knowledgeable on how the bed was made and that it was suitable for us. Sammy also was very kind to our 2 children and made them feel welcome too. Good selection to view, knowledgeable staff and reasonable delivery time

We were very happy with the customer service given to us. Sammy the assistant manager was very welcoming as soon as we entered the store, she was very helpful in helping us find the right matress and knowledgeable on all the products in the store.

Sammy (I I think that was her name) is a great asset to your company. She was very friendly and approachable, and also involved our kids in everything too. This kept them happy and quiet!
