VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WAS VERY GOOD MADE ME FEEL AT EASE WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS AND ALSO OFFERD ME A COFFEE WHICH I ACCEPTED. ANGELIKA, I FOUND WAS VERY INTERESTED IN ME PERSONALLY AND WANTED ME TO TAKE HER OUT IN MY BENTLEY NOT SURE IF SHE HAD ANY OTHER IDEAS SHE WANTED TO CARRY OUT BUT IF I WAS NOT MARRIED I WOULD BE VERY INTERESTED

The assistant asked what we were looking for and was able to advise which products were most suitable.

Angelika listened to us and asked us lots of questions to give us the best choices. Angelika then gave us three different choices listening to us when we tried each mattress. We didn't feel hurried and were left to discuss things between each other. Other members of staff acknowledged us and we were made to feel very welcome.

Rylan was extremely helpful and understanding of my disability and showed me the best product to fit my needs.

Rylan explained the different grades of mattress and price points. He quickly attended to our buying priorities which was a) features & comfort and b) availability for delivery. We were not shopping on price. Rylan also made us a decent coffee and did not scold the beans :-)

Angelika the sales assistant was brilliant, very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped make the purchase easier.

Good range of products, and the staff member that was looking after us called Carl was outstanding. Nothing was a problem, he spent time to explain everything and make help us get everything we needed. I would recommend dreams to any friends and family due to the fact of how helpful he was. It was a lovely visit where we felt welcome and where the staff put a smile on your face.

Carl was very helpfull and pleasant ,and good advice on the product , and made us a very nice coffee and tea . Gwen and Steve Hussey
