We were served by a man named Carl. He ensured we had the right items at the best price. He gave us all the information so we were able to make an informed choice. Really nice clean store with a good choice to suit all pockets. We would definitely recommend Dreams for service, cleanliness and not a bad price.

Seen a sofa bed on line which I would have bought. However when I visited the store I was shown another type much more suitable to my needs. Your advisor took time to understand what I wanted and put forward another sofa bed.

The assistant, Carl, took the time to assess our needs and explain the various options we had for a new mattress. He took a lot of trouble to find the correct pillows for each of us to use when trying out the mattresses, so we would feel as comfortable as we would at home. He was very patient and did not try to rush us into making a decision. When I mentioned that I preferred natural fibres he instantly showed us the range that would meet my needs. Overall, we were very impressed by his knowledge and attention to detail. The whole process was much easier than I had anticipated.
