Samantha was extremely helpful and spoke with personal experience of pain issues which reassured me. She was very good at communicating with us and observing our disability needs. I had not gone in with the intention of directly purchasing but given the information shared with us I purchased straight away. We had purchased the original bed from the same store over 10 years ago. The mattress we purchased felt very comforting to my pain. Can’t wait for it to arrive. Thank you .
