I arrived at 6.50pm believing your store closed at 8 but it actually closed at 7pm. Nevil could not have been more helpful. He told us not to worry about the closing time and told us to take our time. His product knowledge, friendliness and the way he assisted us was probably the best customer service experience i have received in a long time. He sold us the beds when really we may well have gone elsewhere. We did not finish the orders until 8.30pm, well past closing time. An excellent asset to your company.

Good offer on furniture and beds

The staff (but mainly Sammy) were very helpful and informative without being intrusive. We spent 3 hours in the show room trying different mattresses and beds before we settled on our final choice(s).

The guy assisting me at the Basingstoke branch was really nice and very helpful. He was very knowledgeable when it came to finding the matters that I needed. He took me through loads of pillows aswell what would help me benefit from the neck pains I was getting with my old one. Highly recommend dreams to friends and family.

Throughout the visit Rylan Martin in the Basingstoke Branch. Was very friendly,you felt at ease and he knew the products well.

Nevil was very knowledgable about your products. He listened to what we were looking for & gave us options to select from. There was no hard sell - he left us to look at the products in our own time. Nevil is a great advocate for your shop - thank you for your help.

The salesperson whose name was Nevil was highly knowledgeable, appeared to understand my needs (I have had bi lateral hip replacements). He also did not pressurise us to purchase products, but quietly explained the pros and cons of each product for our needs.
