The salesman was helpful without being pushy and quickly found the perfect product for our needs. The price was well within our budget and the products appear to be of good quality.

Nevil at Basingstoke store was very helpful and guided me to what is hopefully the best choice of bed for my back problem.

Excellent service from Angelika. She was well informed, dealt with our questions and offered relevant information, all in a friendly manner. Store had a good range of beds to inspect and try and was well laid out (not crowded) and tidy.

Angelika served us and couldn’t have been more help at all. She had a very warm welcome, and was extremely knowledgable. I had been to dreams in Newbury and service was rubbish compared to here. When I left to go next door to bensons I knew I shouldn’t have, they knew nothing. I went back to Dreams and Angelika was there with a big smile. She explained all the bed types, and when I said I had a budget of £1000 she took that on board and made me an offer on a bed I couldn’t refuse. In the end I walked out with a super king mattress and bed, for delivery and assembly for £1200. In Newbury they gave me a total of £1500 and made no suggestions of mattresses on sale at all. This lady, didn’t seem to just be doing her job. She cared about each of the customers, and went out of her to make sure we left happy and with what we wanted. Being in the store alone, I would have been uncomfortable but she seemed unnerved by this and couldn’t have helped more.
