Our assistant, Carl, was fantastic. From the cheery greeting as we entered the shop, to his active listening to our needs, explanation of options, mattress and bases construction, features and benefits, to suggesting helpful add-ons and upselling that was beneficial to us, to finalising the deal, explaining pyment options and paperwork, he was attentive, not pushy, helpful, cheerful and altogether professiona. ven the drinks we were offered were made perfectly. It was, surprisingly, a very pleasant experience. Who would have thought that spending so much money would be so satisfying.

We were very happy and satisfied and were served by a lovely lady called Angelika who was most informative and really knew her products, which is a rare occasion. We very also happy likewise for the delivery. We look forward to receiving our new mattress.

Angelika was helpful without being pushy. The products we wanted were well laid out and with the help of the staff we were able to select and order exactly what we were looking for very quickly.

Samantha and Angelica offered fantastic customer service and insight into a very quick sale I needed on two single mattresses! They were very thorough and would not give up until they had found what I needed, Angelica even made me a cuppa whilst I waited!! Now this is what I call customer service!
