The member of staff that helped us, explained the different options regarding the mattress, headboard and base. He took time to let us try and look at the different options. He then checked that we are ok and if we needed anything else explained. We were offered tea and coffee. Really pleased with our experience today. We came away with exactly what we wanted.

Sammy was knowledgable and friendly, engaging with me at the right moment shortly after I entered the store. She gave me excellent advice, and put the sale through promptly despite the store being close to closing. I would return to her for further advice on beds.
