On my first visit our children and I were greeted by your friendly shop assistant Nevil. He was fast to pick the "vibe" of our needs and made our searching for the right product easy by explaining all the colour code of your matrasses and the beds available as "single". He interacted very well with the children who have fallen in love with a single bed with inbuild speakers! We knew this was the one. However at that moment I run out of time and had to explain I am running late. Nevil was very polite, it didn't change his behaviour towards us, but offered to quickly put all the details on the paper for us - so when we return, we would not need to go through the same process again in case he would not be available. One week later - we were ready to place the order. Nevil was not there, but en equally enthusiastic young man called Rylan came to rescue! He quickly picked on where Nevil has finished - and completed the order for us according to the previously given paperwork. Rylan was very polite and it didn't seem to bother him that this order is going to be on Nevil's account, not his! He still proceeded with the order fast and efficiently. Happy visit, thank you!

When we first walked in we were asked if we needed help but we were just looking. Then after a moment we were quite interested in one of the beds. So when Carl came over we welcomed his help. We were told all about the bed we were looking at and shown all the the others in this range. We said we wanted to go and have a coffee and talk about it. We were offered a coffee or tea or water there if we wanted. We the left. When we returned Carl was there to help us with our order. We were helped with the mattress and the bed side table. Carl's input and information on everything we needed was great and so much help.
