I have always brought my beds an mattresses from dreams. the staff are friendly welcoming an always helpful. They have knowledge on the stock they are selling an will go through all price ranges with you. i have never had an issue with deliveries or with anything i have brought from there always amazing quality an prices are not much different from what you would spend in other stores an better qualilty too.

We were welcomed into the store by Rylan Martin. He was an outstanding host and salesman, highly knowledgeable, professional and related to our requirements. Rylan managed to helpe spend £978 when I had only budgeted my store visit with £600. Well done to him, I was still very happy with my store visit and purchase.

We were shown various beds and mattresses and able to try them out at our leasure with no pressure from the sales lady.we were given all the information we needed on making our minds up on which bed and mattress we chose.

I visited this store 1bout 18 months ago and bought a bed for my daughter and mattress for my son. The assistant who served me then Carl was so helpful and pleasant that when we needed a new mattress for ourselves I told my husband (this is Laura writing) that we had to go there first. Luckily he was there this weekend and we purchased a top of the range mattress from him.

As soon as entered the store Anna,sales assistant, was experienced, knowledgable and I felt confident that I would purchase the correct items with her assistance. She is a credit to the Hatch Warren, Basingstoke, store.

Carl the salesman was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Was able to help me narrow down the choices to the beds/mattresses that would suit my needs

We were delighted with the service. Our assistant, Rylan, took a lot of trouble in explaining the different types of mattress to us. He was helpful and informative, but also gave us time and space to reach our own decisions. He could clearly see that we wanted a more expensive mattress than we could afford, and came up with a perfect solution: an extremely high quality ex-display mattress that we were delighted with. He also sorted out a speedy delivery date and included some pillows in the overall price. I've never slept on such comfy pillows before - a revelation! Top marks all round. Several of my friends have already indicated that they may use the same shop and ask for Rylan.
