Dreams - Basingstoke

We were immediately greeted by Angelika who took the time to understand our needs. She introduced us to a style of bed we had not previously considered, however this exceeded in meeting our needs and this is the style of bed we purchased today. Angelika clearly explained the different types mattresses and allowed us to try these in store. She also allowed us to try a variety of different pillows to try to best support my partner who has a shoulder injury. Angelika was very aware of all offers in store including local items in clearance. As we are moving up from a double to a king size bed, we were able to purchase a discounted duvet, duvet set and fitted sheet. The mattress protector was also recommended to suit the gel properties of the mattress. Delivery services and extended warranties were all clearly explained.

Looking for specific bedroom furniture, and unable to see anything in store, sales assistant Angelika was able to show us a range in the brochure which suited our needs. She appeared very knowledgeable about the product. We did not purchase the items there and then as we needed to re measure, we returned 3 days later when we were served by Anna who made the purchase easy and uncomplicated, however it was Angelika who sold us the product.

The customer is my father who is 93 and very set in his ideas . The sales guy was very informative and attentive to my dad which was good as very often my father is ignored and people speak to me. Overall a very pleasant experience . Thankyou

I went into dreams in Basingstoke today and spoke to a very nice and helpful lady called Angelika, mentioned the service I had in the farnbrough branch was very poorly and not helpful. So I came to Basingstoke to see what deal you could give me as I’m purchasing 1 double bed, 1 king size ottoman bed and 2 mattress. Angelika said course we can help with a big smile took me over to her desk and she input everything on the system. She even took my daughter over so she could try the mattress out before I purchase. In the end they gave me a good discount and price for my purchase she even went through all the finance details and delivery dates. Angelika even offered us drinks several time with a smile. Angelika service was very satisfied and extremely helpful. The most important bit was she made my daughter day. I would highly recommend Dreams in Basingstoke. So big thank you to Angelika.

Anna was a very friendly lady, looking very smart & tidy. She listened to what I required and advised me accordingly, she didnt try and persuade me otherwise.
