Dreams - Basingstoke

Was torn between two beds. Sammy at Basingstoke Dreams gave us her views and helped us to choose the right mattress for us.

The Sales Assistant was excellent, he stayed back and let us look around and timed his approach well, he was very polite and smartly turned out, he appeared to have an excellent knowledge of the different types of mattress and generally sold to product to us without us feeling pressurised (Rylan Martin)

I had started to look for a new mattress and Samantha (Sammy) was polite, helpful, friendly and made the whole experience of spending what to me is a lot of money, a relaxed and enjoyable experience. There was no pressure to purchase more than I could afford and no impression that a small budget purchase was less important than someone with unlimited purchase power. It was very welcoming in that I was offered tea and made to feel that I could stay and finish it after our business was concluded. I would totally recommend the Basingstoke (Warren Hatch) outlet with knowledgeable, friendly, polite staff.

Very easy shopping experience

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We went to Dreams just to get some ideas of what was available for our sons bedroom.On arrival at the Basingstoke store we were welcomed by staff offered tea or coffee given a brief explanation of the layout of the store the mattress's etc. Rylan talked us through the options explaining in detail yo ourselves and our son,as a result of Rylans knowledge and consideration we purchased the bed that my son wanted happy customers.

I had researched buying a new bed for some weeks and visited many shops and looked on line. I was lucky enough to be served by Sammy last week who had a great knowledge of beds and the different types of fillings etc. I was confident to place an order with her there and then. I bought a better bed than I had planned. The delivery date is only a few days away giving me time to empty the drawers on my current one and prepare for installation. Sammy was very efficient in completing all documents and I left feeling the bed would be deiliverd on time and be in perfect condition. Nothing negative to say.

When we entered the shop a gentleman asked if we wanted any help but we said we were just having a look round. So he did not pester us but said to come to him if we found what we wanted. We found what we needed and went over and told the man and he was extremely helpful.

Both Sammy & Angelika were extremely friendly and helpful. They clearly showed dedication to high customer satisfaction.

We have purchased everything we came into the store for … and with a discount as there is a sale currently. Angelika was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful - and a credit to your company.
