I cannot thank your team in Basingstoke enough - we have a Princess and the Pea situation here and I was really not satisfied with the quality of the Tempur Mattress Protectors. The team took time to understand the problem, even making up a bed in store so they could see and take photographs of the products. They went to Tempur as there was a problem, providing me with a replacement whilst this was sorted. Unfortunately (Tempurs problem not yours) the replacement was just as bad so your team helped me order a new zip on mattress cover and took back the faulty products.

I was happy that I was given enough time to look around before being approached by staff members. Other bed stores I went in previously I found other staff members (bensons) over pushy and following me around, the service was excellent in dreams,the right level of helpfulness versus time to think. Level of knowledge with mattress was really good.

I was looked after by a very knowledgable salesman called Carl. I wear hearing aids and didn’t once have to ask “pardon” as Carl was very clear when talking too me. My daughter recommended Dreams to me after her successful purchase. As I am about to go into hospital I want to be as comfortable as possible on my return home. I am certain a Dreams bed will help. We were recommended by our son. On entering store we were approached by Carl. He was very informative, helpful and knowledgeable. He took time to answer our questions, understood our needs fully and gave us informed choices. We were able to understand fully the different requirements of each mattress we tried before we made an informed decision that was right for us. We were able to try the mattresses with the correct pillows to ensure we got the right feel for each mattress. During our time in store we were never rushed and Carl was very discreet in looking after us whilst keeping an eye that we weren’t phased by the amount of choice. He gave us time to discuss fully the pros and cons of our relevant choices enabling us to choose what was best for us. During the ordering process he talked us through all the information pertaining to our order in a calm, professional manner. We left feeling we had been looked after and having made the right choice.

As soon as we entered the Dreams shop in Basingstoke, Hatch Warren we were greeted with a friendly face and very helpful persona from your Colleague Sammy. She couldn't help us enough and gave enormous advice on the best Mattress and Memory Foam Topper for our comfort, bearing in mind the budget we had. Throughout our experience at Dreams, Sammy entertained us with her warm, smiley personality and 'dreamy laughs' and during our time spent in Dream Land with Sammy she let slip it will be her BIG 30th Birthday in a few weeks and can't wait to celebrate in style :-) Here's wishing Sammy has a wonderful Dreamy 30th Birthday and we have a perfect nights sleep :-) We will recommend Dreams to our family and friends.
