The staff were very eager to ensure we were looked after. The store was extremely busy but we were made to feel valued. The opportunity to try several mattresses was really helpful as my wife has a back condition. The sales assistant knew the product well and knew where the relevant mattresses were located for us to try. Very impressed.

Angelika West was the instore person who assisted us. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as well as courteous and polite. While she made good suggestions she was never pushy so we were able to make our choices without any sort of pressure.
