Rylan was both polite and attentive and was able to show us a number of different products and answer our questions as we progressed.

The visit to Dreams was to buy a mattress and we had a fair idea of the mattress we wanted. We were shown other mattresses that met our need better and we bought one of those instead.

Rylan was very helpful and friendly. A very nice young man to talk to.

We didn't want to spend ages, we knew what we wanted and the assistant helped us by giving the information on what we wanted rather than trying to sell us something different.

The Dreams assistant Rylan was very knowledgeable and gave us time to decide without pressurising us and let us take our time.

Carl was a great salesman - immediately understood our requirement and was able to direct us to a few options and explain why they would work best for us. Didn't pressure us into making a decision and was able to answer all our questions with ease and then quickly arrange everything once we decided to make a purchase. We had visited 2 other companies prior to visiting Dreams and their salesmen were very poor in comparison.

Mainly due to the help and advice we received.

Carl was extremely helpful, I was very unsure about what/if I wanted to buy and he was very helpful without being pushy. I definitely wouldn’t have bought if it wasn’t for him.

Angelka was very polite and helpful,she understood what requirements we were looking for and showed us the beds/mattress etc that would suit us. Also seemed very knowledgeable on everything that was on display.
