Served by Angelika who was highly professional, very supportive and friendly. Her professionalism meant that i felt as ease as i had been worrying about buying a bed and was really nervous. However Angelika completely made me feel at ease and the whole process was very easy.

Ladies very polite very welcoming very friendly just very happy with service all round.

The staff were busy but still had time to listen to the customers' needs and were very polite for me when I asked aske questions. The beds and mattresses were extremely tidy and well looked after. I cannot fault any of the beds, pillows, and mattresses etc. Dreams is a an excellent shop.

Teh Assistant Rylan was extremely helpful. I met him two days previously then returned having made my decision as to what mattress we would select (and bedframe and headboard). Felt Rylan was honest and attentive
