Great customer service, not pushy, not smarmy, good product knowldge

the young man carl that served us was extremely friendly and helpful, he offered us tea or coffee, he appeared to be very knowledgeable about the beds etc. he went through the whole process of buying the goods, so that we understood everything, he was extremely patient and kind.

We received excellent customer service from Carl from the moment we arrived at the store. He made my husband a cup of tea, showed us a variety of mattresses, talked us through them all and then showed us the divan bases and talked us through a variety of options. At no time was he a "pushy salesman" - the store should have closed at 1630 but we were processing paperwork until nearly 1645. We weren't felt rushed at all. We would definitely recommend and / or return to the store.

Angelika who served us was helpful without being overbearing as can happen in sales. Provided us with information, assistee with pillows and explained offers.

We were greeted by Angelika who was very friendly and asked us what we were looking for and when we said we needed to purchase 2 mattresses she told us all about the colour coding the different specs of each mattress offered us a pillow and told us to get on the beds and try them out, she answered all of our questions which helped us come to a decision of what ones to purchase. When we sat down to buy she offered us a drink, the procss was quick and we went away happy with 2 free sleep trackers.

Our requirements were identified quickly and appropriate products recommended. The order was completed quickly and thoroughly. Left the store feeling we had experienced excellent customer service.

Items I wanted to try were in the store and explained to me about how they all work.

Assistant was very pleasant and helpful with the right balance of humour and professionalism. We knew which mattress we wanted but she was still very thorough in making sure we'd made the correct choice.

ANGELIKA WHO LOOKED AFTER US WAS MOST POLITE,HELPFUL,KIND. SHE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCES IN TYPE OF BEDS WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND THE DIFFERENCES IN MATTRESSES LOOKED AT DELIVERY DATES. OVERALL COULD NOT DO ENOUGH FOR US WAS ESPECIALLY KIND TO OUR GRANDSON WHO CAN BE A HANDFUL AT TIMES BUT TOOK IT ALL IN FUN AND GAVE HIM A BISCUIT AND LOLLY.THANKYOU

Staff were quick to offer help, didn't suffocate us with information while we were looking but provided all the information needed once we had narrowed our choices down, offered drinks and a sit down while we discussed our options. the staff are real peoples people and very kind.
