Dreams - Basingstoke

We took a chance and looked in for a new bed. Never thinking that we would find what we wanted so quickly. Sammy was friendly and knowledgeable but also put us at our ease so we felt comfortable exploring the different beds she pointed out that met our criteria. We were offered coffee and even our son was considered. This is our second time buying from Dreams and will return if needed.

I found everyone in the store to be very helpful and approached all customers that came into the store. Everyone seemed to have very good knowledge of products that was available. I was overall very impressed with my visit.

Plenty of time to test the type of mattresses I wanted and I was never pushed to conclude a deal. Very early on I was offered a cup of tea which was very welcome! A good experience all round.

We bought an electric bed for my mother so knew what we were looking for. Sammy was very helpfull and although busy gave us the time we needed and knew about the product.

Angelika was very knowledgeable and helpful, wasn't pushy and gave us all the information we needed to make our decision. We were back and forth to see her and she was patient with us!

Very good customer service

We made 2 visits prior to ordering. ANGELIKA was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We returned today to complete the purchase. The store was busy, however we were acknowledged by ANGELIKA, who told us how long she would be as we were keen to purchase through her. Working in the service industry - I can recognise that ANGELIKA is an ambassador to your brand and deserves recognition (personal opinion)
