Dreams - Basingstoke

i went int o the store just to look. Carl was there very wiling and knowledgable about the stock and quickly assessed what i was looking for. He showed me 4 possible alternatives for my budget, and was extremely knowledgable about where the mattresses were made. I was pleased to be buying a made in Britain product. I am now eating with eager anticipation for the mattress to be made and delivered in 4 weeks time.

The Basingstoke branch of Dreams was well run and had a good selection of beds. The sale assistant, Carl, was very friendly and helpful. We were offered a cup of tea or coffee on our arrival in the store, which was very welcome.

The member of staff - Nahum - was smart, polite, friendly and listened to our requirements asking relevant questions. He showed us a wide variety of options and explained them all very clearly, answering any questions we had. He was not overpowering and left us alone, unprompted, to allow us to discuss our options. He also, asked what pillows we use at home and supplied us with those to make our choosing more like our home situation.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very happy with how quickly and efficiently I was able to make my order.

We were greeting quickly by the store assistant (Carl at Basingstoke/Kempshot branch) and quickly offered a cup of tea/coffee, pillows and advised on the types of mattresses on offer/layout of the store. The wide range of products to try and good colour coding made the finding and purchasing of a replacement mattress/base straightforward. During the purchasing process we were well informed of the invoice breakdown and different options and were impressed with the post-sale support you offer through your guarantees which gives us more piece of mind should anything untoward occur. Having used other stores in the past I would definitely repeat my business with Dreams based on what we have experienced so far as it was far more straightforward and easy to find what we wanted and complete the purchase with Dreams.

We had spent a while looking for beds, and had settled on a few key things we wanted. We were approached by Nahum, gave him a rough overview and he pointed us immediately to the right products. He was easy to deal with as he put no pressure on us and was knowledgeable. When we were deciding on a few products he was spot on offering the correct advice again rather than pushing for a more expensive option. Placing the order was easy, he was again helpful and didn't just follow a script, taking the time to understand our needs to best fit things around us.

Carl was patient and really helpful, his product knowledge was superb and was tailored to our needs.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We felt at ease and not pressured into anything.
