Carl dealt with me at the Brighton Hill, Basingstoke shop yesterday and he was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. He had all the information that was required to help me and dealt with my questions very efficiently. I can't praise him enough.

The guy that helped me came up but kept his distance so did not feel obligated, he was informed well in mattress and was honest about the range off products and helpful to the end off purchase. Shop was spacious and clean. Happy customer.

Carl, the sales advisor was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Due to the product I was after meant the choice was a bit limited and my first thought was I wouldn't be able to make a purchase but after listening to Carl and his walking us through the store trying out the different options I have walked away with a purchase highly satisfied.
