I am a very decisive person and cannot abide pushy or arrogant sales people. My experience with Angelika surpassed my expectations. She was very polite, offered me a drink and a seat while we discussed what type of mattress I was looking for. Being partially disabled with chronic pain in my spine and joints, she recommended the Tempur mattress. We went round the showroom where she suggested I lie on the soft, then medium and finally firm Tempur mattress' even bringing me a Tempur pillow to try at the same time. She didn't talk incessantly, was very empathetic and I felt she completely understood my requirements. I explained I had heard of another mattress and she immediately took me to one to allow me to try it also. I then went back to all the Tempur mattress' again before making my decision to buy the soft one with the Tempur pillow as well as the mattress cover. I got the distinct impression she understood my personality and thus dispensed with small talk and dealt with my purchase promptly and efficiently. It was delivered exactly as arranged and I finally had the first decent nights sleep in many years! Well Done Angelika and Thank you Dreams!

The mattress we choose was in stock which my partner picked up and took to the car whilst I paid. The sales lady was very personable and it all took about 10 mins from start to finish.

She listened to us, to determine our needs, and attentively showed us a large selection of items across different price ranges to maximise our choice. We were offered refreshments and plenty of time to try different beds and mattresses so we never felt hurried or under any obligation to make a purchase. We received lots of good, unbiased advice and, such was the overall experience of our interaction with Angelica, were pleased to place an order.
