Sammy from the Basingstoke store was fantastic. She was thorough and very transparent when answering our questions. She was direct, and to the point; and she really listened to our needs. We liked that once we had told her what we wanted, she showed us only three (including one additional one as a suggestion) which would suit our needs rather than showing us everything. She was interested in our requests and not just getting a sale. Excellent!

Carl was very knowledgeable and understood quickly what our needs were, presented all the options available, filled us up with tea and coffee and gave us sufficient time by ourselves to make a decision.
