Carl met us as we walked in to the store, asked if he could help. When he had established what we wanted he pointed us in to the appropriate areas. Carl came back after a few minutes and explained the merits of each bed we were looking at. Carls product knowledge was excellent.

Given assistance from the moment we stepped in. I knew which bed I wanted after researching online. The staff member ran through all the options available to us regarding the bed. Delivery date was within 2 weeks which is great considering the busy Christmas period. We also got 20% off the price due to the current offer. Have shopped before and will do again with dreams
