Dreams - Basingstoke

We were greeted as soon as we entered this store and advised about the colour coding of the beds which was great as we could go and test the ones we were specifically looking for, we were also given a pillow to try the beds with. And offered a hot beverage. The sales advisor was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of beds and which would be good or not after we advised of our different requirements. We watched the video about the bed we were interested in which was really helpful. Lovely friendly knowledgeable staff made for a very productive trip to Dreams :)

We were greeted by Angelika as we entered the store, she was extremely helpful & explained everything about the mattresses we were interested in. She was very knowledgeable about the materials used and how the mattresses were made, that really helped us make the final choice on our purchase. We really think Angelika is an asset to your Basingstoke store.

The Customer Advisor was very knowledgeable on all your products and helped to guide us as to which mattress would be best suited to us given our current problems and issues (back and neck pain caused by our current mattress). Whilst he give us plenty of information to make our own decision he did not try to sell to us or push any products onto us, he just allowed us the time and information we needed to make our own choice.

Chris who dealt with me was very helpful regarding the items required. He was new to the store but when questioned answered all my questions. The rest of the staff were very helpful due to Chris being a new member of staff. Was very impressed with all the staff and how the dealt with each other and they worked as a team.

me and my boyfriend were looking for a mattress for a bed we had bought previously. as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by carl who was so nice and friendly! he asked what we were looking for and explained what all the different coloured beds meant, gave us a pillow to then try all of the beds out. at first i felt a bit silly but he made me feel at ease right away and i soon felt comfortable laying on all the beds! he gave us plenty of time to look around the shop and try out as many beds as we liked, we didn’t feel rushed at all. he was helpful from start to finish and was very knowledgable the whole way through the process. very happy customer! and really looking forward to our mattress arriving. thanks carl!!
