Carl was very informative, showed us the the full range of mattresses we were interested in which help us with making our final choice

I found the right mattress in few minutes with the help of Chris the assistant. He was very knowledgeable and within 15 mins I had paid for it and got a good delivery date.

Angelika was very knowledgeable and great at upselling! Bought all our beds from this store - highly recommend.

We were managed by Angelika who was very polite, knowledgeable and patient. She provided us all the information we required and we went away to think about the purchase and then made sure that we dealt with her on our return as she was so helpful. She did not pressure us and provided honest opinions on the products we were interested in. I would go as far as to say she is probably one of the best sales persons that we have had the pleasure of dealing with!

i was looking for a new bed as mine has broken my husband is due home from hospital with a broken back. the lady that helped us (Sammy) was extremely understanding and helpful in finding the best but most quickly available bed for us I am beyond impressed and extremely grateful for all her help with something that could of really stressed me out with out her excellent help and advice thankyou

We were greeted by Sammy as soon as we entered the shop. Looking around the showroom there were numerous beds and we knew we would need help choosing the right bed for us. Sammy was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. A personal service without being pushy. A very relaxed experience with a cup of coffee too. The bed was more expensive than we were anticipating but hopefully worth every penny.

We went to John lewis, Bensons for Beds and looked online and found that the Dreams in Basingstoke had the biggest selection, and the beds were arranged in an easy colour coded manner that allowed us to eliminate the style of beds we didn't want., therefore we were more than happy to buy from Dreams
