As the range of beds/mattresses was so large there was a need to narrow down our requirements. This was carried out easily and without pressure allowing us time to think. We required a complete bed and also just a mattress for different members of our family and so we had to give each purchase special consideration. Your representative did not hover but was always available when we needed to consult. We were also given technical details to help us decide. Many thanks.

We found exactly what we needed

From the moment entering the store, we were greeted and allowed to browse for a short time before being approached by Nahum. Nahum was very friendly, very very helpful & knowledgeable. He explained some things and allowed us to test what we wanted without hovering over us and being pushy, but we always new where he was in the store if we needed anything. We liked being able to make our own decision rather than being pushed. We told him we had seen another mattress in another store which we liked and he promptly made the decision a lot easier by telling us about the swap option if not satisfied with the mattress we had chosen, but again without pressure selling. We left the store spending a lot more than we had planned but that was our choice with the helpful knowledge from Nahum. Thank you for a pleasant visit.
