Not only was the gentleman helping us kind, caring but he understood our needs to find the perfect mattress and was just absolutely amazing. Could not fault him, amazing customer service, amazing attitude towards work and made the whole process so easy.

Angelika was fantastic and great customer service. It was her service quality that stopped me from shopping around and purchase a mattress from Dreams.

The person that helped us, Anjelika, extremely passionate about helping customers. She stayed with us throughout the process and helped us out with everything we needed. We had not purchased a bed in a while so was very unsure however she made the process very easy with her help. We were also not sure of making the purchase on the day however, with her help she made us feel like it was the right place to make the purchase. Overall, we are very very happy with the service Anjelika provided.

Very knowledgeable salesperson who wasn’t too pushy

The chap who looked after us during our visit to the store really took all my needs into account. I was really impressed with his knowledge and he took time to understand my condition which gave me a more specific criteria for my choices of a new mattress. Throughout this process I felt very cared for as someone who suffers from chronic pain but never felt patronised which I have experienced in other shops. Not once did I feel like I was speaking to a saleman as it was more about me than the sale. I’m now really looking forward to my delivery!

We went in to the store to buy a mattress and due to the great customer service we were able to do just that. We were not "pounced on", just asked if we would like some help. All good.

CALLED INTO THE HATCH WARREN RETAIL PARK, BASINGSTOKE. MET BY CARL WHO VERY POLITE (OFFERING US BOTH TEA / COFFEE) HAVING EXPLAINED OUR NEEDS, HE EXPLAINED THE PRODUCTS ON OFFER. NO HARD SALE. ALLOWED US TIME TO DISCUSS OPTIONS FREELY WITHOUT BREATHING DOWN OUR NECKS. VERY PLEASANT - FACTUAL - APPEARED HONEST.
