The sales assistant who showed us a variety of mattresses was knowledgeable and very helpful. Her sales technique was top notch - she took us straight to a Dreams exclusive after which nothing quite matched up. She did not tell us it was an exclusive but being in retail myself, I know how it works! A different sales assistant processed my order when I returned to store. He too was polite and helpful. All round a good shopping experience.

Carl was very helpful, patiently understanding our requirements and showing us different possibilities. He left us alone to try out various options but was available to answer questions. When we returned later that evening to place our order, he did not rush us, despite us still being there at closing time. We felt genuinely welcome and not just another customer.

Time was taken to explain to me about all the different types of mattresses. My thoughts were noted and appropriate advice given. I was not rushed and given the time to try the mattresses and my questions were answered. Left the store feeling l was given a good deal. l was served by Carl at the Basingstoke store.
