We explained what we wanted, the item was only available online, so we were shown an equivalent, better quality mattress. We weren’t pressured into buying anything else, so the whole process was completed quickly.

Chris had excellent knowledge of the bed range and was quick to quote up various options. He showed us a few options and gave us the space and time to figure out what we wanted with also being on call to help whenever we needed it. We did not feel pressured to buy and found a product that was right for us rather than to sell the most expensive thing on the showroom floor. Great service from all with advice that wasn’t pushy.

We have bought all our beds and mattresses from Dreams over the last 15 years and from the same shop. We never had to shop around else where and each time the sales people have been very professional and helpful. Also the staff who have come on earlier occassions (the current bed is yet to arrive) have been very professional when they are around to assemble the beds. Needless to say that the whole experience is stress free and satisfactory.
