The Basingstoke store team have been brilliant. Very helpful and patient as we tried different mattresses and our 3 year old climbed on sofas. Advice was excellent, helping us to find the right colour fabric for our bed, options for bed cover on beds and mattresses, and the free mattress protector was a bonus. We've bought all our mattresses from dreams and will continue to!

Amazing service from Karl at the Basingstoke store, very knowledgable, really went out of his way to help out! There were IT/Technical issues however this proved not a problem for the Basingstoke team!
