Greeted at the door but left alone to wander, no pouncing was nice! we then asked for assistance and Sammy gave us her full attention and offered drinks and to use the "what you need" gadget bed! she showed us 3 options and offered lots of special offer add ons and many payment options. she was super friendly throughout and not at all pushy. other staff also engaged, showing us sheets and pillows

Gentleman who dealt with us really took the time to understand and test our needs. Took us across multiple choices whilst our 3 year old slept peacefully near us on one of your beds. Very knowledgable chap.

Good product that fits my needs, staff very helpful, No problems with concept I was describing - fitting bed through small door on front of narrow boat and understanding the space constraints I have.

Sammy the sales lady was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t rush us when choosing our perfect mattress. She made us feel very welcome and the overall level of customer service was great.

I was served by Angelika at the Basingstoke store she took time to understand what I was looking for and my budget. She listened to my needs and showed me a range of beds, mattresses, duvets and pillows which were product specific and in my price range. She offered me a cup of tea when we sat down to discuss the payment and delivery options. She also took time to explain the options around delivery, times, dates and arranged for my old furniture to be collected around my busy schedule. I would definitely recommend to family I couldn’t fault the quality of service.
