Spent time finding out what we wanted and we felt very happy with the store lady

Although the item that we were looking for was not on display in the store the assistant knew exactly where we could find one on display and had excellent knowledge of the item.

Great products at great prices will use dreams again for our next bed

We were given the time and attention of a knowledgeable assistant who used advanced technology to identify products most likely to meet our needs, thereby reducing the time to find a suitable product. We were treated with courtesy, not rushed and made to feel valued.

I liked the interactive mattress function that tells you what mattress would be support you. And the staff member Samantha helped me go through all the recommended options

I cannot praise the quality of the service highly enough. I have bought a mattress from Dreams before, so knew about the quality of the products. I had looked online but still needed help to find the bed and mattress I was interested in. I was served by Nahum in the Basingstoke store (validation code 071) He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the stock in the showroom. He tried to guide my choice , but left me to make the final decision. I was with my daughter, we were welcomed and offered a drink. We were then free to make a choice without being rushed. Nahum was friendly and helped to make the purchase a pleasure. My bed & mattress have yet to delivered but i was offered a choice of dates. Assembly and removal of the old bed will make it stress free. I was delighted with my purchase and would reccomed to friends & family.

I’m in a wheelchair the access to the back corner of the store where the electric beds are was easily navigable. I used The disabled toilets they were immaculately clean I did comment to the staff at the time how nice and clean the facilities were quite honestly the best I’ve ever used. I would like to comment on the friendliness of the staff I was offered tea or a coffee several times I declined but it was very nice to be offered.

The sales person spoke to us when we arrived and spent a very long time showing us the products available and was very patient.

Quick and efficient service, the salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product we wanted to buy and gave us really helpful details to help us make our choice
