From the moment we entered the store, we were looked after by Samantha. She guided us through the trial and then took us to the recommended products. At all times she was attentive but not overbearing. She gave us refreshments which was a nice touch.

Customer service excellent from Nahum in the Basingstoke store. Helped us find the right choice and was very friendly.

I just wish the delivery could’ve been a bit earlier

We were assisted by Angelika, who was great, very polite and extremely helpful. I was shopping for a new bed for my son (14 years old so not enthusastic about bed shopping), she was extremely good at talking to my son as well as me. What I really liked was she asked what we looking for, not just what was our price range and fitting the bed into that but helped us look at what we wanted. She was very knowledgable about the bed ranges and mattresses. I did not feel pressured to buy and I feel we have chosen the right bed, my son is very excited about its arrival in a couple of weeks and has even cleaned his bedroom. I just felt the whole experience from entering the store to choosing the bed and then ordering was easy and straight forward and would highly recommend Dreams and Angelika to anyone. A very pleasant experience and high level of customer service which is sadly lacking in some retailers. Well done Dreams.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff who let us take our time

Angelika dedicated a LOT of time and was extremely patient with us. She offered many options and catered for our quirks/preferences extremely well. We feel that we got the best possible deal and came away supremely happy.

I arrived Undecided and left after having spent nearly £2000!

The shop was clean, well laid-out. Got great service, most importantly the lovely man who dealt with us listened. He was also knowledgeable and was very efficient doing the paperwork. There was also a great choice, fair pricing and you had just what we wanted.

We checked online that the mattress we were interested in was available to try. We were welcomed by Angelika and given coffee (de-caff was available). She had us use the Dreams mattress machine which confirmed our thinking that a firm mattress would be best for us. Our budget, however, would not stretch to the mattresses recommended and in the end we purchased, after trying it, the mattress we had researched online. We also paid for removal of the old mattress, bought, pillows and a mattress protector. Everything was handled very efficiently by Angelika and we were highly satisfied with the whole experience.
