Naham was very helpful without being too pushy. In other words a pleasant interface with a polite and informed sales person.

We had seen the mattress we thought we might like online and visited the store in Basingstoke to check its feel and comfort, and decide on which firmness to go for. Chris was very helpful and showed us the mattress we were interested in. He couldn't be more helpful and the overall experience was excellent.

Efficient prompt service

The sales assistant couldn't have been more helpful and spent about an hour with us, helping us to choose a mattress and then taking our order. There was lots of choice and the sales assistant's knowledge of the products was excellent. There were mattresses for every budget and we didn't feel pressured into spending more than we had planned. We feel confident that we have purchased a high-quality product and can't wait for it to arrive!
