Courteous staff

The salesman we worked with stayed after 8pm to serve us when he was to close at 7pm. Very helpful and provided us with good advice. We are certain that we would be happy with the tempur mattress.

Carl was very helpfull in explaining the difference in comfort on beds.

I was helped by Chris W in the Basingstoke store and he was very helpful and took the time to show us all the mattress and colour options and did everything that was required, and was nice and friendly

I was greeted in a non confrontentional way by Carl who listened carefully to my needs., asked relevant questions and showed me suitable products. He was in no way pushy, but I was confident that he knew what he was doing and I felt that I could trust him to advise the product best suited to my needs. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he allowed me to stay within that frame work rather than pushing something else on me. The whole transaction was very smooth and I am looking forward to taking delivery.
